Order Processing & Lead Times
Exhaust Systems (Made-to-Order)
All exhaust systems are made to order. Production begins once full payment is received.
Standard Build Time: 10–21 business days
Custom or complex builds: Additional time may be required (you will be notified during order confirmation)
You will receive updates throughout the production and shipping stages.
Carbon Fiber Parts
Most carbon fiber parts are stocked, but some pieces may require production time depending on availability.
In-stock Items: Ship within 2–5 business days
Pre-Order or Custom Items: Build time varies (you will be informed before the order is processed)
Shipping Methods
We ship through trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and regional couriers depending on location.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
Delivery times depend on:
your country/region
courier network availability
customs processing (for international buyers)
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
destination
product weight and size
package type
International Customers:
Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in our shipping charges.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos immediately and contact us at support@t-forge.co.
We will help file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as lost or stalled, contact us right away so we can investigate with the courier.
Shipping Restrictions
Some large exhaust systems or oversized carbon parts may not be eligible for delivery to certain remote regions. If this applies to your order, we will notify you before shipping.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering their correct and complete shipping address.
T-FORGE is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Additional Notes
Large items such as full exhaust systems and big carbon pieces may ship in multiple cartons.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all packages.
